The sub station is built in areas where there are no natural gas pipelines passing through. Natural gas is transported from the main station to the sub station by CNG trailers, and then directly filled into CNG vehicles or stored in fixed gas cylinder groups through unloading columns and compressors.

Compressors are reciprocating compressors, which can be divided into two types: those with foundations or those without foundations. The whole machine is mainly composed of fixed parts and moving parts. Fixed components include the body, middle body, cylinder head, cylinder, and cylinder seat. The moving parts include crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, piston, air valve, and are equipped with pipeline and instrument control system
