Product Applications

It is suitable for marginal oil wells associated gas and casing gas recovery, and it has high economic value. It can be used to recover light oil after boosting and cooling, and can also be used for CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) recovery. After boosting, it can be transported by trailers and used as a gas source for gas lifting, unloaded into external gas pipelines, or sold as commercial gas in gas stations.

1. The product features low noise, minimal vibration, compact structure, stable operation, high safety and reliability, and a high level of automation. It can also be equipped with a data remote display and control system according to customer requirements.

2. It has functions for stopping the compressor in case of low compressor oil pressure, low water pressure, high temperature, low inlet pressure, and high discharge pressure, making the compressor operation more reliable.

The unit consists of the compressor mainframe, electric motor, coupling, flywheel, piping system, cooling system, electrical equipment, and auxiliary equipment.
