Standard Station Compressor Applications

Receives natural gas through pipelines, pressurizes it within the station, and directly fills compressed natural gas into CNG vehicles or stores it in fixed gas bottle banks (wells).

Compressor Performance Description

Incorporates technology from our company, Austria, Germany, ensuring high product reliability.

Critical components such as gas valves and piston rings are sourced from Austria technology, with a service life of over 8,000 hours.

Soft start feature allows frequent compressor starts and stops.

Wide range of air intake, suitable for a broad range of applications.

Utilizes Siemens PLC control system for high automation.

Structure Introduction

The compressor is a reciprocating compressor and can be categorized into two types: with a foundation or without a foundation. The complete machine primarily consists of fixed and moving parts. The fixed parts include the body, middle body, cylinder head, cylinder, and cylinder seat, among other components. The moving parts consist of the crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead, piston, gas valve, and are equipped with piping and instrument control systems.
