Diaphragm biogas compressor
Working principle: The volume of the air cavity is changed by the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm, thereby achieving compression of biogas. The diaphragm separates the compression chamber from the drive mechanism, avoiding contact between biogas and media such as lubricating oil.
Features: It has good sealing performance and can effectively prevent biogas leakage; it will not pollute biogas during the compression process, and is suitable for occasions with high gas purity requirements; it runs smoothly and has low noise. However, the exhaust volume of the diaphragm compressor is relatively small, and the performance of the diaphragm material has a great influence on the working efficiency and life of the compressor.

Roots biogas compressor
Working principle: Two 8-shaped rotors are used to rotate relative to each other in the shell, and a certain gap is maintained between the rotors and the rotors, and the rotors and the shell, without contacting each other. The biogas is pushed from the air intake to the exhaust port through the rotation of the rotors to achieve gas transportation and compression.
